So decided to bite the bullet and go for a couple of Cornelius Kegs as a treat to myself – well and to those who enjoy helping me drink my home made beer!<\/p>\n

Went for the two key option<\/a> from BrewUK. \u00a0As usual delivery was prompt and everything arrived well packaged and in top condition.<\/p>\n

Having got the hardware two further steps were required:<\/p>\n

1. How to work out the correct carbonation levels<\/p>\n

2. Where to source a CO2 supplier locally<\/p>\n

The first question was soon solved with a bit of internet searching. \u00a0Personally I really like the Moor Beer Home Brewer’s guide to Kegging<\/a> pdf – which includes a chart of the different carbonation levels depending on temperature and pressure.<\/p>\n

CO2 source<\/strong><\/p>\n

Living in South Leicestershire I seem to be in a dead spot for some suppliers, but managed to find a source through Adam’s Gas<\/a>\u00a0who have a specific section for home bar’s \/ cellars. \u00a0They can deliver but also have local stockists in Stamford – Lincolnshire and Rushden – Northamptonshire.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
